RamyaChat Account & Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your RamyaChat account and associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly delete your account and data directly from our web application.
- Go to the web app: https://web.tomato-juice.biz
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Settings tab at the bottom.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the "Delete Account" button.
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion via email:
- Send to: ratolab@proton.me
- Subject: RamyaChat Account Deletion Request
- Required Info: Please include your User ID (@ID) in the email body.
* We will process your request and delete your data within 7 business days.
Data Deletion & Retention Policy
When your account is deleted, we handle your data as follows:
- Deleted Data: Your email address, password, profile image, and display name are permanently deleted from our active databases.
- Anonymized Data: Your User ID is randomized.
- Retained Data: Chat messages you sent to other users will remain in their chat history to preserve conversation context. However, your profile will appear as a "deleted user" with a default avatar, and the messages will no longer be linked to your personal identity.
